The following Terms and condition is a legal contract between an individual/corporate user and sgcheapmovers.com own by Movexpress pte ltd regarding the use of website and services.
By engaging our service, you agree to our terms and condition.
1. Insurance coverage is not included. Please source your own insurance coverage if you require or your item is valuable.
2. Movexpress pte ltd shall not be liable for any claim as a result of breakdown or non-delivery as a result of unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control.
3. The customer shall indemnify Movexpress pte ltd and hold the company and employees harmless from and against all damages, claims, suits, liabilities, causes of action and expenses on account of injury to or death of persons or loss or damage to property or other damages arising out of or in connection with the service rendered. It is recommended that you acquire adequate insurance cover for the goods submitted for removal transit and/or storage, against all insurable risks.
4. Movexpress pte ltd will not be liable in any form of claims and compensation in any results of damages, delay, losses, and theft, or even unable to arrive.
5. Movexpress pte ltd holds the right to claim customer for any lateness in payment.
6. Should there be any changes in the moving requirements, we will discuss and agree the additional fees accordingly.
7. Movexpress pte ltd will not tolerate any bad behavior from either customers or management from any premise. We reserve the rights to cancel any booking without prior notice should any of this problem arise even if deposit is paid.
8. All deposit paid is not refundable in anyways should the booking be cancel as we have either deliver the boxes to you or block our time slot for your booking.
9. All price quoted is not inclusive of fee for applying permit and providing cheque deposit for any condo or building or premises unless stated in our quotation.
10. All price quoted is not inclusive of labour fee for carrying via stairs, next trip required, complicated dismantling and assembling, moving of special dedicated item, long walking distance from unit to/from the truck (60m) or illegal parking access unless stated in quotation.
11. All payment shall be made in full once our movers reach the destination even any problem shall arise. Once service done means done.
12. We have the right to hold customer item in our storage until payments for the moving service is made. There will be a additional chargeable storage fees of SGD$150 per day if item is in our storage due to non payment or delay payment
